Insurance Account Manager
We are looking to fill an open account manager position on our Employee Benefits Team. Employee Benefits Professionals in an Oklahoma City based employee benefits consulting agency helping employers throughout Oklahoma and beyond with the complex issues that arise in the field of employee benefits. The Employee Benefit Account Manager serves as the liaison between the Producer and their customers. We are looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain our clients' accounts and serve as a point of contact. Applicants should also be comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, and other organizational software.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Manages an assigned book of business and builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing clients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Thorough knowledge of insurance markets.
· Strong PC skills with the ability to effectively utilize Agency management systems.
· Ability to work within a fast paced, changing priority environment.
The ability to interact effectively with colleagues and managers in a team environment.
· Ability to successfully adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as maintain strict confidentiality.
· Ability to maintain accuracy while multitasking and juggling several responsibilities simultaneously.
Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
