- Ability to organize and plan work independently to complete assigned activities on a day to day basis. Possess good grammar, spelling, and communication skills.
- Understands and can perform basic office skills, including file documentation, light typing, processing, and sorting functions.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others, to explain complex issues, to receive and interpret complex information, and to respond appropriately.
- High school or equivalent required ( college preferred)
- Sales Experience. ( Insurance sales preferred)
- P&C experience preferred but not required. ( would be required to get licensed)
