About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Training and Systems Specialist to join our team at Bryan Insurance Agency, Ltd in Hudson Oaks, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading insurance agency and help drive our training and systems initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees
- Manage and maintain our agency management system
- Provide technical support and training for agency software and systems
- Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities for process improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in training and systems management in the insurance industry
- 2+ years of extensive experience using Applied Epic and CSR-24.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Insurance licenses and designations a plus
