Jacobs Insurance Solutions is seeking a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with both personal and commercial lines clients while expanding your book of business through new client acquisition.

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
- 📅 Early Fridays – We close at 4 PM every Friday

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop personal and commercial insurance opportunities
- Communicate with clients in person, online, over the phone, and in writing
- Build long-term relationships through follow-ups, timely quotes, and excellent service
- Round accounts, upsell existing clients, and network to gain new business
- Process quotes, bind coverage, and handle supporting documents (photos, inspections, etc.)
- Present policy options and educate clients on coverage and rates
Qualifications
- Must hold a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
→ Get licensed through Pearson VUE
