Compensation Structure
Our compensation plan is designed to support producers as they build their book of business, while providing a clear path toward long-term commission-based earnings. We use a step-down salary model over three years, which aligns with the expected growth of the producer’s renewal book. This ensures financial stability during the ramp-up period without impacting overall compensation—as long as new business goals are consistently met.

Compensation highlights include:

·       Step-Down Base Salary Structure:
   - Year 1: $50,000 base salary
   - Year 2: $35,000 base salary
   - Year 3: $20,000 base salary
   - Year 4 onward: Full commission-based earnings with strong renewal income support
·       New Business Commission: 40% of new business revenue
·       Renewal Business Commission: 30% of retained business revenue (with a 95% retention target)
·       Annual Compensation Potential (Base + Commission):
   - Year 1: $60,000
   - Year 2: $60,125
   - Year 3: $59,894
   - Year 4: $61,724
   - Year 5: $81,513+

This structure ensures that producers are not financially penalized during the early stages of their career and encourages strong long-term performance. Compensation is reviewed annually, and additional incentives may be offered for exceeding sales targets.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
