- Build and grow a commercial book of business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Identify client exposures and deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Quote and place coverage across General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Auto, Property, and more
- Develop long-term client relationships to drive retention and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with internal service teams to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to develop new business relationships
- Base salary + commission on new and renewal business
