We are seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our Houston team. This on-site role offers the opportunity to build and grow your own book of business with full agency support.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to identify insurance needs
- Prospect, quote, and close new business opportunities
- Provide professional guidance and tailored coverage solutions
- Meet sales goals and contribute to agency growth
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication, networking, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to develop new business relationships
