Job Summary

What You'll Do
  • Manage and service a portfolio of commercial property & casualty accounts, focusing on church clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless coverage and support, allowing for true work-life balance.
  • Handle renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries efficiently and accurately.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on products, systems, and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support agency growth initiatives.
What You'll Need
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Minimum two years of agency experience in commercial lines account management.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based structure.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Alignment with GuideStone’s values and culture; church or volunteer experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a specialized, mission-driven environment.

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
