- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial property & casualty accounts, focusing on church clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless coverage and support, allowing for true work-life balance.
- Handle renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on products, systems, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support agency growth initiatives.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Minimum two years of agency experience in commercial lines account management.
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based structure.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Alignment with GuideStone’s values and culture; church or volunteer experience is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a specialized, mission-driven environment.
