Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist
- Develop marketing and placement strategies for commercial P&C accounts
- Review exposures, loss history, applications, and supporting information for submission readiness
- Identify appropriate carriers based on risk characteristics and market appetite
- Prepare and submit professional submissions to underwriters
- Maintain strong carrier and underwriter relationships
- Negotiate premiums, deductibles, coverage terms, limits, exclusions, and policy conditions
- Evaluate quotes based on coverage, terms, pricing, and overall program structure
- Identify coverage gaps and alternative solutions
- Track quotes, declinations, outstanding information, and market responses
- Provide producers with market feedback and placement recommendations
- Assist producers with proposals for key accounts and prospects
- Stay current on carrier appetites, underwriting changes, products, and market conditions

- 3+ years of commercial P&C insurance experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and carrier appetites

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Texas Property & Casualty license preferred
